- a treatment that when used as directed is 95 to 99% effective in healing severe, chronic yeast, bacterial infections of the ear. This is a treatment used with Cocker Spaniels, as well as other breeds prone to serious infections. Ear must be flushed twice a day for 2 days, then applied 2 times a day for 2 weeks (depending on severity of ear condition. I was given this remedy when I rescued a Cocker with severe ear disease. For 5 months he was put on different therapies, including huge doses of antibiotics. We were doing fund raising in hopes of him having surgery. He was placed with a wonderful foster mom, who eventually reduced the swelling enough so that Jake could hear. A former vet. tech, she was given this super effective recipe- and with in a short time the inflammation, as well as the severe yeast infection had cleared up. She has had him on a gluten free diet and he is thriving. The ending to the story is that Jake was adopted by his foster mom, Dian of Amazing Grace Animal Sanctuary, and lives on a wonderful goat farm and loves chasing the chickens and getting into mischief. This is great for applying to sores and wounds also.
Ingredients: Isopropyl Alcohol, Pure Pharmacy Grade Boric Acid with Gentian Violet

- My friend, Helen Hayes, adopted a little hairless bull terrier (Pita) several years ago from a rescue group at the Bisbee Farmers Market - cutest little thing who developed shortly after a severe case of mange. She had been double vacinated and had some major skin eruptions. A lover of Castor Oil, I brewed up a batch of luxury oils, all with wonderful therapeutic properties, upon which Helen began massaging into Pita's skin several times a day - several weeks later she was doing so well and her hair had grown like crazy. Castor Oil is a miracle oil for skin conditions and was used by Edgar Cayce in his practice. It's also wonderful for humans - in fact the "Castor Oil Intensie Skin Repair" on my Skin page is the same formula but with added essential oils.
Ingredients: Castor Oil, Jojoba Oil, Organic Coconut Oil, Unrefined African Shea Butter, Tea Tree Oil with French Lavender

Hot Spot- Itch Balm - This is a rich blend, similiar to the Tea Tree Bacteria Buster (human line) and one of my most popular items I make. I've been using this on my dogs for years for any sores, bumps, hot spots and more. It is great for itching, sore pads. Fast healing and immediate relief. Also, if you go to my skin page, our Honey Scrub Face Wash is great for applying and cleaning wounds as honey kills bacteria on impact and helps control infection. It's a little "medicine chest in a bottle" . This is one of my most valuable products to me for myself as well as the dogs.

Achy Body Canine Blend- I started making animal products, when years ago I made a Eucalyptus Oil blend with Lavender for my close friend who had 6 dobermans. Mom, Ruby and her 5 kids. When Ruby had cancer she went through Chemotherapy for several months and did well for several years. She later developed a condition where she could not move and could not walk. She was taken to the neurological center in Tucson and was told that due to the Chemo somehow they thought the nerves had been damaged in the chemo process and their was outlook was not good. It was coming to the end, but I have done so many massages and suggested she try massage with a blend I made her - and then apply moist heat 2 or so times aday. It was amazing the recovery. The other dobies loved the moist heat so much - that I gave them all their own bags. Moist heat is amazing for helping to reduce swelling. I use this on my dogs alot. I have several older dogs - 14 to 16 years - and my little peke looks like a 3 year old. This is a blend of Almond Oil, Castor Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Lavender Oil with Vitamin E
